Kelly has had more than a decade of diverse experience in the practice of many areas of the law from private practice, to in-house corporate counsel to the academic world.

Kelly has focused her practice primarily in business, corporate, collection, landlord/tenant, tax, estate planning, regulatory compliance, and real estate law. Kelly provides one-on-one attention to each of her clients and truly takes a personal interest in the issues that they are facing.
