Dear Clients/Colleagues/Friends:
It is with a profound sense of sadness and loss that we must inform our clients, colleagues, and friends that founding shareholder Tony Renning passed away last evening after a courageous battle with cancer.
Tony was a great lawyer and colleague, a trusted and dependable advisor to his clients, but most of all, a true friend. His steady presence, his intellect, and his commitment to partnership have left an indelible mark on all of us. It is hard to put into words what he meant to so many of us.
We have appreciated the expressions of support during Tony’s recent absence. He and his family were also comforted by the many messages from clients, colleagues, and friends.
Please know that all of us here at Renning Lewis & Lacy, s.c., are committed to honoring Tony through the monumental task of carrying on his legacy of providing reliable advice and counsel to his clients and supporting the communities he cherished.
We are working with Tony’s wife, Lori, to plan a celebration of his life. We will share that information as it becomes available.
Thank you again for your support and for your trust in Tony and our firm over the years.
