The firm opened its doors on April 1, 2015, with offices in Madison and Green Bay and five founding shareholders. The mission of the firm was to provide client-focused legal services to our core practice areas. We now have a team of 14 attorneys dedicated to that same mission, and have added offices in Oshkosh and Milwaukee.

We are a management-side labor and employment law firm representing public, private, and non-profit employers, with extensive experience representing public schools, higher education institutions, and other public entities in their unique needs in labor, employment, and as general counsel. To best serve our clients, we provide business law representation as well, including real estate law, general business, immigration, and creditor’s rights. We also believe in being part of the communities in which we live and work, which includes serving the professional organizations that enhance the service we provide to clients and dedicating time to non-profit organizations that improve the lives of our neighborhoods and regions.
