Sydney believes in a client-focused approach in her practice, combining rigorous legal analysis with practical solutions.

Sydney earned her J.D. from Marquette University Law School, where she focused her coursework on labor and employment law, public sector law including K-12 public education, and business law including specialty areas like contract drafting, the role of in-house counsel, real estate, and sales. Sydney also participated in numerous hands-on experiences during her time at Marquette, including the Mediation Clinic, Trial Advocacy, and an Internship with the WI Department of Natural Resources. She served on the board of various Marquette Student Organizations including St. Thomas More Society, Immigration Law Association, and Alternative Dispute Resolution Society. Prior to joining Renning, Lewis, & Lacy full time, Sydney worked as the Firm’s law clerk for a year.

Prior to law school Sydney volunteered with the Milwaukee Justice Center assisting pro se litigants in family and civil court. Sydney brings a thoughtful and diligent approach to legal research and client advocacy.
