Chad Wade will be presenting on ethics and confidentiality in a school environment for the CESA 5 Speech and Language Pathologists Institute.

Jenna Rousseau and Chad Wade will be presenting on effectively managing student nondiscrimination complaints at the 2022 WSAA/WASB School Law Convention in Wisconsin Dells. 

The firm will be hosting a school law update and reception at the 2022 Wisconsin State Education Convention at the Hyatt Regency Milwaukee. The attorneys will present on legal issues related to student misconduct and free speech, school district real estate transactions, employee medical inquiries, sharing student records, and public comment at board meetings.

Renning, Lewis & Lacy, s.c., a law firm focusing on representing Wisconsin’s public school districts and higher education institutions, as well as other public entities, private businesses and non-profits in labor and employment law, corporate law, real estate law, immigration, creditor rights, estate planning and landlord/tenant law, is looking to fill an associate attorney position based out of the firm’s Madison, Green Bay, and Oshkosh offices. The successful candidate will have minimum three years of experience, with some litigation background. The ideal candidate will be a licensed attorney in good standing in Wisconsin with strong academic credentials as well as superior research and writing skills.
